Due to tooling and design constraints, not all of my work is available in custom dimensions. The wood used can be discussed. I’m happy to mix and match within my offered finishes, but beyond that I’m not offering custom colors at this time.

All orders require a 50% deposit. Lead times begin upon receipt of the deposit, unless additional design work is required. In this case, lead times begin upon final approval. Orders ship upon receipt of the balance, which may include additional shipping charges and applicable taxes.

Natural materials have unique characteristics and may vary from product photography or samples. These inherent variables won’t be interpreted as flaws or damage.

Delivery is free within 100 miles of my studio in Durham, NC. Outside of that radius shipping charges do apply. I can arrange shipping. If the buyer chooses to arrange shipping, I can make the piece available for pickup by their preferred shipping agent.

All of my products are guaranteed for one year against mechanical or technical failure. Should an issue arise with your product please inform me. I cannot be held responsible for the following:  damage caused by improper care or cleaning solutions, damage caused by exposure to weather or improper environmental conditions, damage caused by improper assembly or installation, damage caused by typical wear and tear including but not limited to scratches, dents, or stains.
Because my work is made to order, I cannot accept returns or offer exchanges. All deposits are non-refundable.
